Learn the moves
Upload a video of you, or you and your friends, trying the dance moves and you could win a great prize thanks to Birmingham Hippodrome, Asha’s Restaurant and Town Hall & Symphony Hall. We have tickets for Scrooge at Birmingham Hippodrome, a meal at Asha’s Contemporary Indian Restaurant and tickets for Rob Brydon at Symphony Hall to give away to the winning entrants. The winners will be announced on stage on the evening of 10 October 2009 and even if you’re not a winner you could see your video shown on the big screen at each of the three performances. When you upload your video please tag it with bollysteps so we can find it!
There are three categories:
Best solo or duo – wins a family ticket to see the smash hit musical Scrooge, starring Tommy Steele, at Birmingham Hippodrome on Wednesday 21 October 2009 at 7.30pm. Best group (three or more) – wins a meal for up to five people from the pre-theatre set menu at Asha’s award-winning Contemporary Indian Bar & Restaurant, Newhall Street, Birmingham. Named in honour of the famous Indian singer Asha Bhosle, Asha’s offers an extensive variety of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes.
Most fun – wins tickets for four to see funnyman Rob Brydon at Symphony Hall on Thursday 12 November 2009 at 7.30pm. Rob Brydon’s TV credits include Marion and Geoff, Human Remains and, most recently, Gavin and Stacey. He appears at Symphony Hall with his new stand up routine. Find out more
